Cela signifie que les questionnaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9chantillon s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9. La population des r\u00e9pondants \u00e9tait assez large et se composait de tous les m\u00e9nages\/personnes utilisant les produits Unilever Belgium \u00e0 Charleroi. Comme tous les membres de la population ne peuvent pas remplir un questionnaire, un \u00e9chantillon de la population a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 comme r\u00e9pondants pour l'\u00e9tude. Cette \u00e9tude a choisi un plan de recherche par enqu\u00eate qui se concentre sur les clients d'Unilever Belgium, un fabricant de produits m\u00e9nagers et de soins personnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 du produit \u00e9tant une variable d\u00e9terminante dans la diff\u00e9renciation des produits, il \u00e9tait donc important de tester l'importance de la qualit\u00e9 du produit par rapport au m\u00e9nage \/ personnel des produits. Les clients qui ont achet\u00e9 ou utilisent le produit restent un facteur cl\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer la qualit\u00e9 et les caract\u00e9ristiques de diff\u00e9renciation d'un produit. Le r\u00e9sultat montre quelle part de la variance de la variable d\u00e9pendante est expliqu\u00e9e par le mod\u00e8le, \u00e0 savoir les caract\u00e9ristiques uniques du produit. R2 = 0,147, F = 52,087, et p=0,00 ; indiquent qu'il existe une relation significative entre les caract\u00e9ristiques uniques du produit d'une organisation et la satisfaction de ses clients. Cette relation est \u00e9galement positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9 une analyse de corr\u00e9lation entre le prix, le design et l'apparence, la marque, le caract\u00e8re unique du produit et la qualit\u00e9 du produit. Les r\u00e9sultats de la corr\u00e9lation sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Discussion des r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'analyse effectu\u00e9e dans ce chapitre prouve qu'il existe une relation positive significative entre une qualit\u00e9 de produit sup\u00e9rieure et la croissance des ventes d'une organisation. Il en va de m\u00eame pour la relation entre l'innovation des nouveaux produits et la satisfaction des clients d'une entreprise.
